1. Services Description

We provide self-service laundry facilities, bulk/commercial laundry services (by prior arrangement), and vending machine sales at our Hollywood, FL location.

2. User Responsibilities

• Follow all posted instructions for machine operation.
• Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
• Use the facilities responsibly and respectfully.
• Comply with all posted rules and regulations.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept coins and major credit/debit cards. Student discounts require a valid, current student ID presented at the location.

4. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: LAUNDRY RIDE, LLC is not responsible for:

• Damage to clothing resulting from improper use of machines or failure to follow garment care labels.
• Items left unattended or forgotten on the premises.
• Loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Machine malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

Customers use the facilities at their own risk.

5. Video Surveillance

Our facility is monitored 24/7 by video surveillance for security purposes. By entering the premises, you expressly consent to being recorded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of LAUNDRY RIDE, LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation first, then through mediation or arbitration in Broward County, FL.
